The classic detailing and dramatic architectural character that you see on the outside at SeaCrest is a fitting prelude to what lies within. Only specialized plaster and stone finishes are used, some natural stone. Custom light fixtures and hand wrought iron details add a look of authenticity and substance. Garage door specifications are custom wood. Exterior decks are covered in beautiful natural clay paver tile, and portico gates and shutters are hand made. Roof tile materials are strikingly unique, and include antique French pavers and hand rubbed clay tiles.

Interiors
Rocky Mountain hand forged hardware adorns doors and windows throughout. Kitchen countertops, master bath and shower walls are of stone, plumbing fixtures are custom home caliber and framed vanity mirrors in the master suite. Each home has solid core raised panel doors finished in enamel and ceiling beams. Kitchens are replete with the finest Subzero, Wolf and Bosch appliances, and artfully detailed cabinets with raised panel doors, wood veneer interiors and dovetail drawers are available in four finishes. Other features include decorative heating registers, Lutron automated lighting system, security system and wiring for portico gate security phone.

Custom Quality Construction Materials
SeaCrest construction quality speaks for itself. Kiln dried lumber is used in framing, ensuring minimal cracking and settling. Drywall is 5/8" thick throughout to provide even walls and ceilings. Lightweight concrete on second floors (per plan) minimizes sound transmission between floors. All plumbing is overhead.
